Required
- Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-based solutions in production at scale
- Proficiency with at least one agentic framework such as CrewAI, LangGraph, or ADK
- Production-grade Python with type hints, testing, and CI/CD practices
- Systems thinking across distributed infrastructure, APIs, pipelines, and frontends
- Working knowledge of AWS in multi-account production environments
- Ability to own full lifecycle of AI systems from design through incident response
- Experience integrating AI with Slack as a user-facing surface
Nice to have
- Experience applying adversarial-validation patterns like Challenger agents and confidence scoring
- React or TypeScript frontend experience
- Experience with feature flags and staged rollout practices
