What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or maintenance management, or high school diploma/GED plus four years relevant work experience
  • One year of receiving inspection or similar experience
  • Familiarity with aircraft manuals and basic technical aircraft systems
  • Valid driver's license meeting JetBlue insurance standards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SIDA badge
  • Ability to travel overnight occasionally (25%)
  • Pass pre-employment drug test
  • Legal authorization to work in the US

Nice to have

  • Two years of aircraft compliance experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)
  • Airline material operations experience
  • Familiarity with aircraft terminology and 14 CFR 121 operations
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, ATA, airworthiness directives and technical directives
  • Familiarity with airline M&E systems like TRAX
