What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering with 3+ years in sourcing/purchasing/supplier relationship management, or 5+ years experience without degree
- 3-5 years focused experience with plastics commodities in global manufacturing
- Proven track record negotiating contracts, reducing costs, and improving supplier performance
- Experience with electronic sourcing tools (eRFQ, eBid, eAuction)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
