Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous solar installation experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work on rooftops and in confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Pass driving background check
- Be 21 years or older
Nice to have
- Equivalent construction experience
- Equivalent military experience
- Cross-training through Power+ program
- Experience with solar battery installations
