What they ask for
Required
- MS or PhD in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 10+ years semiconductor process experience in photolithography, or BS in related field with 15+ years photolithography experience
- Deep understanding of EUV lithography and its differences from DUV
- Strong knowledge of 193nm immersion multiple patterning techniques including LELE and SAQP
- Experience with photolithography optics and/or simulation tools like PROLITH or S-Litho
- Demonstrated success driving technology roadmaps and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to executive and supplier leadership
- Statistical analysis expertise using JMP, Python, or similar tools
- Experience with LLMs or AI tools to improve productivity and workflows
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and influencing cross-functional teams in R&D
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics for data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement
