Required
- 8+ years insurance pricing experience
- 4+ years reinsurance experience
- ACAS or FCAS certification
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science or related field
- Deep knowledge of actuarial pricing and reinsurance treaty structures
- Ability to lead complex initiatives
- Strong communication skills including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines
- Structured, data-driven problem-solving approach
Nice to have
