- 5+ years in product management, business systems ownership, or enterprise tool administration
- Direct experience managing Smartsheet and/or Jira at scale
- Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks
- Experience with process automation and platform integrations
- Change management and training program development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira administration and configuration
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, security, and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
