Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- At least one year of formal leadership experience (team lead, manager, or large cross-functional project management)
- 5+ years in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or test engineering in aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries
- Spacecraft systems integration and testing experience
- US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Nice to have
- 7+ years in space systems
- Experience writing aerospace production work instructions and procedures
- Hardware integration tools expertise (LabVIEW, DAQ, power supplies, signal analyzers, multimeters)
- Statistics and data analysis proficiency (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Tracking tools experience (MRP/ERP, Jira, MS Project, manufacturing execution systems, PLM)
- CAD and engineering drawing knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Union workforce management experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
