- Five years of heavy transport aircraft experience
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- Valid SIDA Badge
- Flexible hours and shift work capability

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance Management
- Two years of Maintenance Control Experience in heavy transport
