What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years relevant work experience (or 7+ with advanced degree, 4+ with PhD, or 13+ without degree requirement)
- Experience designing and delivering streaming and batch data solutions at enterprise scale
- Expertise in streaming architectures with managed or commercial Kafka distributions
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure data and analytics platforms
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- 12+ years work experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent education progression
- 8+ years as a Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer in complex enterprise environments
- Experience with Databricks, AWS, and Apache Airflow or equivalent orchestration tools
- Prior experience in banking or financial services architecture in regulated environments
