Required

completed apprenticeship as aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronician or comparable technical qualification
multiple years of experience assembling and integrating complex mechanical or electromechanical systems
ability to read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams and parts lists
experience with precision tools and measuring instruments
high quality awareness and meticulous, precise working methods
teamwork and communication skills
problem-solving competence
fluent German (written and spoken)

Nice to have

prior experience in aerospace, precision engineering or comparable high-tech sectors
practical skills in machining such as drilling, turning, milling
basic English language knowledge
