What they ask for
Required
- Lift and carry 35-50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude working independently and in teams
- Use basic math skills accurately (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
- Understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency for safety and policy comprehension
Nice to have
- Work in temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer (Food Distribution Center locations)
- Work at heights up to 40 feet on mezzanine (Warehouse Worker role)
