- Lift and carry 35-50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach throughout shift
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude working independently and in teams
- Use basic math skills accurately
- Read labels and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction
- Good written and oral communication skills
