What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 10+ years of estimating and cost management experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale high-tech infrastructure
  • Expertise in cost modeling, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and benchmarking across project lifecycle
  • Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
  • Proficiency with estimating and cost management platforms (CostX, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, Procore or similar)
  • Experience supporting procurement, bid evaluations, and contractor selection
  • Strong analytical, communication, and financial reporting skills
  • Background with general contractors, owner's rep firms, or tech/data center infrastructure companies

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications (AACE, RICS, CMAA, CCP or equivalent)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% including international travel
