Required
- Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Associate's degree in Nursing or higher
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience administering all medication types
- Proficient with unit equipment
- Safe patient ambulation and transfer techniques
- Ability to supervise nursing assistants
- Clear documentation and communication
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality
- Infection control and emergency response knowledge
