  • 8+ years in agribusiness or commercial payments and financial services
  • Deep knowledge of agribusiness ecosystem including commercial, operational, financial, and seasonal characteristics
  • Proven experience across agribusiness value chains with exposure to technology solutions and financing mechanisms
  • Ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies for specialized segments
  • Strong stakeholder management and multi-market influence capabilities
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven approach to translating market insights into initiatives
  • Strong organizational and execution capabilities in matrix environments managing multiple cross-geography initiatives
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in business, economics, engineering, agronomy, or related field)
