- 5+ years experience at intersection of documentation, user education, and software engineering
- Technical writing and editing expertise
- Experience establishing editorial standards and information architecture for technical documentation sites
- Knowledge of modern software development practices including version control and CI/CD
Nice to have
- Software engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building automated documentation or content systems with pipelines and CI checks
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks or observability for AI systems
