Required
- 6+ years of Workday Reporting and Prism experience
- 8+ years of integration development or report building
- 8+ years of technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
- 8+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials domain experience
Nice to have
- State and Local Government industry experience
- Advanced payroll reporting knowledge
- Leadership experience in software or system implementations
- Advanced skills designing and deploying analytic and reporting solutions
- Complete software implementation lifecycle understanding
- Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Learning agility and adaptability
- Deep product knowledge of Workday
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
