Required
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of communications, public relations, media relations, corporate communications, brand communications, or sports communications experience
- Proven success developing communications strategies that drive awareness, engagement, participation, reputation, or business outcomes
- Strong media relationships and experience with narrative and message development
- Experience leading communications planning and press operations at major events
- Ability to translate research, trends, and metrics into compelling stories
- Sound judgment, discretion, and composure in high-visibility environments
- On-site work in NFL League office in NYC, minimum 40 hours per week
Nice to have
- Sports industry experience
- Youth or scholastic programming experience
- Community impact or grassroots participation experience
- International communications experience
- Familiarity with schools, state associations, community organizations, clubs, leagues, federations, or governing bodies
