Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years powder bed fusion printer operation or additive manufacturing experience
- Ability to operate PBF printers and support equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality inspection capability
- Interpret technical documents and maintain accurate records
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
- 3+ years as a powder bed fusion technician
- Associate degree in advanced manufacturing technology
- Certification in PBF operation or maintenance
- CAD software or PBF printer programming experience
