- 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, negotiating, and executing strategic acquisitions
- Ability to conduct rigorous financial analyses and business case modeling
- Experience managing due diligence processes and complex investigations
Nice to have
- 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 12+ years with an Advanced degree
- Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling, valuation, and synergy analysis
- Meaningful experience overseeing all aspects of a deal from idea generation through negotiations
- Ability to travel up to 25% for projects
