Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in EDI, B2B integrations, customer onboarding, supply chain systems, or related work
- 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT, EDI transaction flows, customer integration processes, and SAP/S4 customer setup
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience with service-management workflows, data governance, audit controls, and compliance
Nice to have
- Experience in global retail, apparel, consumer goods, wholesale, or distribution environments
- Project management, Lean Six Sigma, or process improvement certification
