- Proven experience as a Business Architect or Process Architect in financial services
- Deep knowledge of General Ledger, sub-ledger accounting, financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation
- Ability to model business capabilities and design complex end-to-end processes at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of financial data flows and data governance in regulated environments
- Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation programs
- Exceptional communication and ability to influence senior leaders
