- 10+ years facilities management experience
- 5+ years leading mission-critical facilities operations
- Deep knowledge of power systems (medium/high voltage, UPS, generators)
- Deep knowledge of cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, liquid cooling)
- Knowledge of fire and life safety systems
- Multi-site portfolio management across geographies
- Track record building and leading facilities teams
- Financial management of $10M+ OpEx/CapEx budgets
- Cross-functional communication with engineers, executives, and technicians
Nice to have
- Hyperscale or colocation data center operations experience
- Experience with non-traditional energy (natural gas generation, battery storage, renewables)
- Manufacturing or industrial facilities background
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential
- Data Center Design Consultant (CDCDP) credential
- Experience scaling organizations from Series C through IPO
