What they ask for

Required

  • 14+ years in technical program management, engineering, infrastructure, client platforms, or related technical domains
  • Led multi-year, multi-organization technical programs with executive visibility and ambiguous ownership
  • Deep fluency in performance and reliability systems including observability, app health, and user journey measurement
  • Ability to reason about user experience, platform tradeoffs, technical debt, and organizational mechanisms for lasting improvements
  • Highly data-driven with skepticism toward shallow metrics and ability to build meaningful measurement systems
  • Exceptional cross-functional operator and communicator who builds trust across functions
  • Experience leading meaningful organizational change and shifting behavior across teams
  • Results-oriented focus on outcomes over status reporting or activity metrics

Nice to have

  • Experience building durable operating mechanisms after incident mobilizations
  • Experience with experimentation systems, guardrail metrics, and multi-metric tradeoff evaluation
  • Experience building adoption strategies for internal platforms or engineering practices
  • Background in fast-moving environments where strategy, organizational design, and execution evolve simultaneously
