Required
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- IV therapy experience
- Current unrestricted NP license in applicable state
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Multi-state licensure if serving multiple states
- Tuberculosis test completion
- Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination
Nice to have
- Ability to obtain credentialing with Medicare/Medicaid
- IV insertion and maintenance experience
- Port, PICC, and Peripheral Line experience
- Infusion reaction management experience
- Titration experience
- Medication mixing and infusion experience
