- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, Physical Sciences, or related field
- 7+ years managing technical programs, projects, contracts, or customer-facing initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex operational or technical environments
- Knowledge of program management principles, lifecycle management, and risk management
- Experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, space, intelligence, or technology programs
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain required security clearances
Nice to have
- Experience supporting DoD, U.S. Space Force, Intelligence Community, NASA, or other government customers
- Familiarity with Space Domain Awareness, Space Situational Awareness, space operations, or radar systems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential
- Experience managing cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, or time-and-materials contracts
- Active U.S. security clearance
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Program Management, or related discipline
