- High school diploma
- 2+ years of manufacturing or frontline leadership experience
- Leadership and collaborative work experience
- Track record of reducing losses and improving performance in manufacturing
- Technical knowledge of production equipment and unit operations
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Understanding of maintenance, reliability, and manufacturing fundamentals
- Knowledge of materials (metals, plastics, elastomers, composites, coatings)
- Familiarity with fabrication methods (welding, machining, surface treatment)
- Ability to read prints and take measurements
- Knowledge of fastening and joining methods
- Mechanical and electrical systems knowledge
- Understanding of lubrication principles
- Craft worker experience or strong knowledge of craft duties
- Practical knowledge of Maximo and Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
- Data analysis systems knowledge for decision-making
- Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time
- At least 18 years old

- Bachelor's degree in technical, science, engineering, or mechatronics discipline
