Required
- Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., or M.D.) in health services research, psychology, public health, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant clinical research experience
- Deep expertise in health economics and outcomes research including hands-on healthcare claims analysis and cost modeling
- Track record designing and leading clinical trials, observational studies, and economic evaluations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills conveying complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HEDIS and Medicare Advantage Star Ratings frameworks
