- Minimum 2 years experience in utility generation
- Knowledge of power generating facility operation, maintenance, design and construction
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to work on call 24/7 and respond in reasonable timeframe
- Ability to climb, wear breathing equipment (35 lbs), and safety harness
