- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, portfolio management, capital markets, investment banking, or valuation
- Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and valuation skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage large amounts of financial, legal, and diligence information
