Required
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's with 4+ years, or Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry or related field
- Hands-on expertise with 10x Genomics Single Cell 5' V(D)J workflow for antigen-specific antibody isolation
- Strong laboratory skills in cell culture, molecular biology, high-throughput screening, assay development, and flow cytometry
- Significant hands-on experience in antibody discovery using in vivo immunization and single B-cell screening approaches
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Track record managing multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- External scientific visibility through publications, presentations, or community engagement
Nice to have
- Experience with next-generation sequencing approaches and data interpretation in antibody discovery workflows
