What they ask for

Required

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible electrical experience with increasing technical complexity and team or project responsibility
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, one-line diagrams, equipment schematics, and manufacturer instructions
  • Experience installing, maintaining, or troubleshooting AC and DC electrical systems in construction, aerospace, facilities, or industrial settings
  • Knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, and applicable OSHA electrical safety requirements
  • Experience with 277/480V and 120/208V electrical distribution systems
  • Experience performing grounding, bonding, troubleshooting, and maintenance on electrical distribution systems
  • Experience installing or maintaining switchboards, panelboards, transformers, backup power systems, transfer switches, rigid conduit, or related wiring
  • Ability to direct technician work, establish priorities, and mentor junior staff
  • US government security clearance eligibility

Nice to have

  • State electrician license or equivalent electrical certification
  • Experience with medium- and high-voltage electrical systems
  • Experience installing or maintaining electrical systems in classified locations such as Class I, Division 2 environments
