What they ask for

Required

  • NVIDIA Omniverse, USD/OpenUSD familiarity or strong motivation to learn USD workflows
  • Strong 3D content creation background with portfolio examples in real-time 3D, visualization, games, architecture, manufacturing, XR, or digital twins
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major DCC or real-time 3D tool (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Unity, or equivalent)
  • Practical understanding of 3D asset preparation: topology, UVs, textures, materials, lighting, scale, pivots, hierarchy, optimization, and LODs
  • Experience preparing large or complex scenes/assets for real-time rendering or interactive applications
  • Basic scripting or automation capability, preferably Python, and willingness to collaborate with developers on pipeline tooling
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly in English

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Omniverse Kit, Nucleus, OpenUSD/USD composition, USD Python APIs, or custom Omniverse extensions
  • Knowledge of USD concepts such as layers, references, variants, payloads, instancing, metadata, and schemas
  • Experience with CAD/BIM/PLM or industrial visualization data (Revit, Navisworks, SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, Inventor, VRED, or point clouds)
  • Experience with simulation, robotics, synthetic data, sensors, physics, Isaac Sim, or industrial digital-twin use cases
  • Understanding of asset validation, performance profiling, optimization, version control, Git/Perforce, CI/CD, or automated content pipelines
  • Experience with XR, AR/VR, WebGL/WebGPU, cloud streaming, or interactive visualization delivery
