  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience, or Master's with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience using JMP, Python, or similar data engineering software
  • Understanding of relationship between electrical and physical failures
  • Knowledge of inline defect metrology detection capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and influence yield improvement decisions
