- Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Exercise Physiology, Respiratory Therapy, Dietetics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in health education, exercise instruction, or patient education
- Certification, advanced certification, or license appropriate to field of specialty
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination (or acceptable explanation)
Nice to have
- Prior health coaching experience
