Required

  • 10+ years of executive search experience
  • 4+ years recruiting in technology companies
  • Proven track record placing C-suite and VP-level executives at high-growth technology or infrastructure companies
  • Deep understanding of tech markets such as data centers, GPUs, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or related hardware/software technologies
  • Extensive network of relationships with executive talent in technology and infrastructure industries
  • Experience working with venture-backed or private equity-backed startups

Nice to have

  • Experience at top-tier executive search firms such as Daversa, Russell Reynolds, Korn Ferry, or Heidrick & Struggles
  • In-house executive recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, AI infrastructure, climate tech, or energy sectors
  • Experience recruiting for companies scaling rapidly through growth phases from Series A through IPO
  • Established relationships with technology executives in Silicon Valley and major tech hubs
  • Proven track record recruiting diverse executive talent and building inclusive leadership teams
