Deep expertise with enterprise registration platforms, preferably RainFocus
Experience owning both strategic direction and hands-on administration of event registration platforms
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, APIs, and data governance
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple priorities and stakeholders
Excellent communication, project management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 6-8 trips per year
