Experience in regulated medical device or diagnostics environment (manufacturing, R&D, or engineering)
Strong project management experience leading large, complex operations and R&D projects with sophisticated teams
Experience leading design changes and technology transfer programs in medical device or diagnostics regulatory environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence across organizational levels
Minimum 10 years managing and mentoring project managers and teams
Understanding of global business practices and ability to lead across cultures and functions

Nice to have

Lean or Six Sigma certification with demonstrated problem-solving capability
Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, MIRO, Excel, or other PM software
