  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering field with 14+ years project management experience, OR Master's degree with 12+ years PM experience, OR Doctoral degree with 9+ years PM experience
  • Experience in regulated medical device or diagnostics environment (manufacturing, R&D, or engineering)
  • Strong project management experience leading large, complex operations and R&D projects with sophisticated teams
  • Experience leading design changes and technology transfer programs in medical device or diagnostics regulatory environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence across organizational levels
  • Minimum 10 years managing and mentoring project managers and teams
  • Understanding of global business practices and ability to lead across cultures and functions

Nice to have

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification with demonstrated problem-solving capability
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, MIRO, Excel, or other PM software
