Required
- 4+ years of facilities, mechanical systems, or HVAC and MEP design and construction experience
- Intermediate knowledge of mechanical engineering principles including pumps, pneumatics, flow meters, air handling systems, chilled water, steam heating, process piping, rotating equipment, vibration analysis, heat transfer and thermodynamics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word
- Ability to analyze process and equipment data
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving methodologies
