Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–5 years manufacturing experience
- Basic electronic component handling and ESD knowledge
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and follow written instructions
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Ability to perform ATP and product assembly
- Attention to detail in high-volume environment
- Manual dexterity for small object assembly
- Capacity to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively and assist with heavier loads
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
