What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, or related field (or associate degree with relevant telecom experience)
- Minimum 4 years telecommunications field deployment, network installation, or wireless infrastructure commissioning
- 2+ years hands-on RAN deployment, cell site installation, or CIQ handling
- Field installation, testing, and commissioning of complex telecommunications equipment
- Strong understanding of RAN technologies and wireless communications principles
- Knowledge of telecommunications equipment installation procedures
- Familiarity with configuration management and software provisioning
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel extensively for field deployment (~50%)
Nice to have
- Experience with satellite communications systems or satellite-RAN integration
- Background in wireless carriers, equipment vendors, or telecom contractors
- Knowledge of telecommunications safety procedures and compliance requirements
- Experience with network monitoring systems and performance validation tools
- Familiarity with project coordination and deployment management practices
