What they ask for
Required
- BA/BS in Interaction Design, Product Design, Human Factors, or equivalent
- 1–3 years as a design leader in a large product design organization
- 5+ years of product or UX design experience including platform or systems-level work
- Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, intuitive design with strong interaction and motion
- Experience shipping multi-surface experiences across console, mobile, web, or connected devices
- Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, technically complex environments
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Advanced Figma proficiency including components, auto-layout, prototyping, tokens, and animation
- Clear communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of PlayStation ecosystem, platform strategy, and service landscape
- Track record leading products from concept through launch at scale
- Deep knowledge of player behavior, gaming culture, and industry trends
- Experience in globally distributed, cross-functional teams
- Ability to design scalable, localized experiences for international markets
