- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 20+ years in IT or engineering systems within Aerospace & Defense
- 7+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture roles
- Experience supporting defense programs, OEMs, or Tier 1 suppliers
- Experience executing Smart Factory initiatives
- PLM expertise
- Manufacturing execution and quality systems knowledge
- MRO and sustainment operations experience
- Cloud environments experience including GovCloud or classified cloud
- Digital thread and digital twin architecture knowledge
- ITAR and CMMC compliance experience
- Ability to work with matrixed, program-driven organizations
