- 8+ years systems engineering experience on complex systems
- Systems analysis including error budget creation and scenario modeling
- Data analysis and statistical analysis

- Failure analysis methodologies such as Fault Tree Analysis and MTBF decomposition
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with SQL and Python or C++
