What they ask for
Required
- 2–7 years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
- Deep hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in at least one Infrastructure as Code tool: Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation
- Hands-on experience with at least one CI/CD platform: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with GitOps tooling, preferably FluxCD, using Helm charts
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Scripting and automation with Bash and/or Python
- Experience managing Kubernetes and/or Docker containerized workloads
- Knowledge of at least one monitoring or logging stack: Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch, Dynatrace, or Datadog
- Fluency in Japanese and Vietnamese; English advantageous
- Proven ability to document and communicate technical decisions clearly
Nice to have
- DevOps certifications: CKA, Terraform Associate, or Azure DevOps Expert
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
- Experience at an IT services or managed services provider
- Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployment experience
- Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CIS Benchmarks
- Hands-on security and compliance framework experience
- Exposure to SRE practices and site reliability concepts
