What they ask for

Required

2–7 years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
Deep hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficiency in at least one Infrastructure as Code tool: Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation
Hands-on experience with at least one CI/CD platform: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
Experience with GitOps tooling, preferably FluxCD, using Helm charts
Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
Scripting and automation with Bash and/or Python
Experience managing Kubernetes and/or Docker containerized workloads
Knowledge of at least one monitoring or logging stack: Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch, Dynatrace, or Datadog
Fluency in Japanese and Vietnamese; English advantageous
Proven ability to document and communicate technical decisions clearly

Nice to have

DevOps certifications: CKA, Terraform Associate, or Azure DevOps Expert
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
Experience at an IT services or managed services provider
Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployment experience
Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CIS Benchmarks
Hands-on security and compliance framework experience
Exposure to SRE practices and site reliability concepts
