- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5+ years wireless systems engineering experience including design, integration, and testing
- Experience defining system-level requirements across hardware, software, and firmware
- Hands-on system architecture design and validation in complex environments
- Experience leading technical initiatives or engineering teams
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of wireless communication systems (MIMO, beamforming, channel estimation)
- Digital signal processing and performance optimization experience
