Required
- 12+ years building and operating large-scale distributed cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning across the IO stack
- Deep knowledge of distributed state management and data protection at scale
- Mastery of professional software engineering practices and full SDLC
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and design reviews across storage, networking, and virtualization
