Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field
- 6+ years in environmental testing, manufacturing operations, or aerospace production
- Leadership or management experience
- Understanding of environmental testing operations for aerospace or avionics hardware
- Experience with qualification and acceptance testing for flight hardware
- Lab operations and production support background
- Cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments
- Drive operational improvements and process standardization
Nice to have
- Familiarity with aerospace environmental test standards (SMC-S-016, MIL-STD-1540, DO-160)
- Experience with production-rate environmental screening and acceptance testing of avionics
- Understanding of instrumentation, data acquisition systems, fixturing, and test setup development
- AS9100 quality systems and controlled test documentation experience
- Experience scaling environmental test capabilities for growing aerospace programs
