- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years leading cross-functional or cross-organizational teams in engineering or test
- 3+ years direct experience with satellite systems engineering
- 5+ years in systems engineering, systems integration, or software engineering
- MBSE experience
